Welcome to BeautyLion (beautylion.ch and beautylion.shop), operated by SwissPyramid SARL ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services. These terms are governed by Swiss law, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), and applicable aspects of EU consumer protection law where relevant to customers in the European Economic Area.

2. Eligibility

To use our website and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian), be capable of entering into legally binding contracts, and act in good faith without using the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely free from errors, or that colours displayed on your screen exactly match the physical product. All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable; prices may also be displayed in other currencies for reference. The total amount payable, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify product information, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

All products sold on BeautyLion are genuine and sourced directly from the brands or their authorised Swiss distributors.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email; this confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order, codes are valid for one use per customer, and items already reduced in price may be excluded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Switzerland and offer international delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

Orders delivered within the European Union arrive with no additional charges — the price you pay at checkout is the final price. For destinations outside Switzerland and the EU, any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. 8. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned unless defective. Items marked as Final Stock or clearance, and products purchased in person at our Lausanne boutique, are not eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Once a return is approved we provide a prepaid return label. Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of that label is deducted from your refund; where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we bear the full cost. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please report it to us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic or health products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, product images, and layout — is the intellectual property of SwissPyramid SARL or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations; transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive material; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; or use the site to mislead others or engage in fraudulent activity. Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your access and, where appropriate, legal action.

11. Product Information and Advice

Any guidance provided by our team, whether on this website or in response to a question, is general product advice and not medical advice. If you are taking prescribed medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are buying for a child, please also speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

12. Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwissPyramid SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for mandatory consumer rights under Swiss or EU law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order; changes are not applied retroactively.
